Strawberry Bread
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups salad oil
2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).

Combine the dry ingredients. Combine the eggs and oil. Blend the dry ingredients and the egg mixture until just moistened. Fold in strawberries and nuts.

Bake in 2 greased 9" x 5" loaf pans for about one hour.
