Strawberry Shake
A frozen treat that never goes out of fashion. So refreshing on a hot day!

Serves 5

2 cups (500 ml) fresh or frozen strawberries
1 ½ cups (375 ml) skim milk
2 tbsp (25 ml) sugar
dash ground cinnamon

When using fresh berries, halve the larger ones and freeze in a plastic bag

Combine milk, sugar and cinnamon in a blender.

Gradually add frozen berries; serve immediately
