Strawberries with Real Maple Syrup |
| The strawberries should be perfect. The maple syrup should be real. That's it. Mother Nature's favourite recipe. If you can find berries with long stems, use them. Otherwise the green caps will serve the same purpose. | |

For each person, arrange berries on a dish with a little glass of ice water with an ice cube in it and a little glass of maple syrup. Swirl the berry in the ice water, give it a shake, dip it into the syrup, bite deeply! |
