Chocolate Dipped Strawberries This delectable treat is a perfect accompaniment to an elegant dinner. In a double boiler melt 3 squares (1 oz) each chocolate, chopped, with 5ml (1 tsp) vegetable oil until smooth. Dip prepared fresh strawberries into chocolate to cover half. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet, refrigerate until firm, about 15 min. To serve, arrange on platter.
